How to Become a Real Estate Investment Broker

How to Become a Real Estate Investment Broker

Have you always wanted financial freedom in every sense of the meaning? Are you a:

  1. Marketing Director / Agent / Expert
  2. Real-Estate Agent
  3. Real-Estate Broker
  4. Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Marketing Business Owner
  5. Lead Generator
  6. Entrepreneur
  7. Sales Expert
  8. Average Joe

If you answered yes to one or more of these options, we want you as part of the iFundRehabs team! We have two options of sending us Real-Estate Investment Property leads:

  1. Broker Program – Which pays out up to 3 points PER deal!
  2. Referral Program – Which pays $500 PER closed lead

The Differences and Advantages of Each Program

We offer two different agent programs because, let’s face it, not everyone is a Real-Estate Investment broker AND not everyone is a digital marketing expert.

If you are JUST starting out and are grasping the idea via our Facebook Method, then the Referral Program is for you! This also goes for heavy hitters in the digital marketing / lead generation field. If you’re generating thousands of leads a month, there’s no way a single person could close all of those in a timely manner (you would lose money).

Keep in mind, if you are generating A LOT of leads per month, your ROI should be VERY high @ $500 per closed lead.

Now, if you’re a hands-on type of person and have experience in the REI space OR you’re a RE agent/broker currently then the Broker Program will be more suited to you. The Broker Program offers you a WAY higher payout, but you must close these leads (and acquire documents) all on your own. We pay up to 3 points on the gross funding amount. So, if a deal is $1,000,000 you’re getting anywhere from $5,000-$30,000 when that deal is closed.

The Brokering Process

If you choose to become a broker with us, there is a fool-proof process that will ensure you close as many leads as possible per month!

We will provide you with all applications / document lists needed to ensure your client isn’t in the dark and NOTHING is missing upon closing.

The brokering process is very simple:

  1. Pre-Qualify
  2. Qualify
  3. Acquire docs / Applications
  4. Submit docs
  5. Closed

Now, a lot of the time it’s not this easy, which is why you’re getting paid more than the Referral Program. There is a good amount of follow up and nurturing of these clients. Sometimes all we need is ONE piece of information to close and that client must jump through hoops to acquire it. When this happens, you need to think outside the box to help your client obtain that information. That’s it! Once closed, you get paid within 1 week.

How Do I Get Paid?

As you may or may not know, Real Estate Investment funding CAN be a lengthy process. However, the pay is usually VERY good. Upon closing, the broker or referral agent is typically paid within one week.

You will need to submit a W-9 and an ACH form. If you wish to be paid by check, we offer that as well! Again, a Referral Agent is paid $500 EVERY time their leads close. A Broker is paid up to 3 points per close.

10% of our agents are clearing $100,000 per year and the rest are doing $50,000-$75,000. We will ALWAYS point you in the right direction with whatever agent account you choose.
